We work closely with Verified by Visa & MasterCard SecureCode to provide you with a safer shopping experience when using your card online.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Additional validation and fraud checks are carried out internally.
If in the unlikely circumstance you need to return an item to us, please fill out the returns form.
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Always Be Skd, for a full refund.
Order cancellations must be made in writing within 7 working days of your goods being delivered and you must include your order number.
To cancel your order please contact us If however your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us. Please read the Return or Exchange an item section below.
Return or exchange an item: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. However delivery charges are only refundable if you have received goods that are faulty and a refund is made. Underwear or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
Sale Items: All Items purchased in our sales are not eligible for a refund only exchanged for store credit.
Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we advise that you send the parcel tracked and signed, using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.Please include whether you want an exchange/refund in your parcel.If the item you receive is faulty, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for your return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us at standard delivery cost.
Undelivered Parcel: If your parcel is returned back to us as undelivered, your items will be automatically refunded and an email will be sent advising, you will have to place the order again. Your parcel will be held at the post office for 18 days and this is your responsibility to arrange for a re-delivery, please check your tracking at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
I have not received my order: If your order has taken longer than a week to arrive from dispatch, feel free to contact us and we will be able to inform you further.
I received the wrong item: If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the item that you have received. Please can you send this back to us at Standard Delivery cost which will be reimbursed once a copy of your Standard return receipt is received.
